I try to install autocad 2017. can't install it. coming error. see attached screenshots
i'm not installed trendmicro antivirus programme.
i am installed avast internrt security.
i try to install, disable the avast. error comeagain.
i try to uninstall before version. i cant do install cad2017.

I don't know what you mean by "i have no data for new download".
Since the previous method failed, the browser download is the next thing to try.

When I had problems installing AutoCAD 2017, I spent 3 weeks doing different things.
I eventually uninstalled WinRAR and all of my problems went away.
WinRAR was taking a file in temp and trying to open the .msi file and preventing windows installer from using it.
I am unsure but WinZip might cause problems as well.
Just putting this info out there.
By the way, in my problem,the net interface was not loading
I have installed autoCAD 2017 from a CD. But when I try to open, it is giving an error message that "program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." The problem is I cannot even uninstall the previous installation.

Did you order media directly from Autodesk? Normally Autodesk products don't come on CD and haven't for years.

Please be careful when purchasing Autodesk product from sources outside of our authorized reseller site on our website or directly from Autodesk.
Please review the following: "License Compliance" page of the Autodesk Website
If you have ordered this from an authorized source apologies for the various warnings. Please follow these steps below:
Older Windows OS
Conduct a Clean Uninstall of the program use MSfixitTool to complete the uninstall
If you have Windows 10
1. Go to Windows Update and make sure that your computer is fully updated. The Universal CRT should be delivered by this method.
2. Uninstall the failed Microsoft Visual C++ installed in the Windows Control Panel
3. Manually download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for your version of Windows (likely x64)
For Windows x64:

For Windows x86:

4. Reboot then try to launch AutoCAD 2017 again.
