The Autodesk Revit Space Naming Utility assigns the names and numbers from architectural rooms to Revit MEP spaces used for building performance analysis.
Installation
To install the Space Naming Utility, run the install package AutodeskRevitMEP<release>SpaceNamingUtilitySetup_<time stamp>.msi. Follow the instructions in the installation wizard.
This install package is intended for the following Revit products:
- Autodesk® Revit® MEP
- Autodesk Revit 2016
Usage
To use the Space Naming Utility, click Add-Ins tab
Space Naming Utility panelLaunch SNU. The Space Naming Utility dialog opens.
The default settings allow you to rename/renumber all spaces in the entire project. Alternatively, you can specify to rename only, to renumber only, and to specify only specific levels to update.
