Error 1722 When trying to uninstall Backburner to Update.

Hi. So I am trying to update Backburner. I tried uninstalling it through the Add/Remove Programs, and I get Error 1722. Tried to repair it through the Support Information dialogue, to no avail.
When I re-installed my 3DSMax, I installed it with the add update function. No errors came up during installation. I am on WinXP 32 SPK3 and the install was clean (new drive). I can not uninstall Backburner. Can anyone help?

Did some poking around my system and found this;

Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action StopBBManagerService, location: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Backburner\managersvc.exe, command: -r
=== Logging stopped: 30/01/2013 21:55:52 ===

Never mind. I went to the folder, clicked on managersvc.exe, tried uninstalling it and it uninstalled. Maybe save this post for anyone else who gets this problem. 🙂

I use win10 x64 and I tried to reinstall and repair but it gives me a pop up like this : "requirement internet explorer 6 or higher". I search every "autodesk" and "3dsmax" files on the drive and I delete them, but it doesnt seem to work. My error code is 1721.

Hope for an answer. Thanks

This thread is from a while back but I see 3 solutions posted in here with confirmation they worked.  I can't mark the original post as a solution due to limitations in the forum software, but I can repeat that text in my post and mark it.  This was all before my time and @sonic22CR6PW solved his/her own issue before I could get to it, but I'd like to make this all right and mark them.  Nice work @Sonic.

Original solution text:  Never mind. I went to the folder, clicked on managersvc.exe, tried uninstalling it and it uninstalled. Maybe save this post for anyone else who gets this problem. 🙂

Best Regards,
