Headset mic not working

I'm using a Logictech H390 headset and the mic doesn't seem to record.  I'm unable to select the check box for the audio mic feature in Screencast.  Any ideas?

I checked the options in control panel, sound, headset properties, but all settings don't seem to resolve the issue.

Hi @mo.thao,

That is the dialog for configuring the audio device and that should work. You might want to also look at Control Panel - Hardware and Sound - Manage audio devices or click on the Audio Levels button to further configure the headset. I have an headset too and don't have any issues using it with Screencast Recorder.
