It looks to me, in my first impression, that you may not have enough space in your A360 drive. Please check if that is the case and delete some old projects to make room for new projects.
It is unlikely due to the internet connection as this happened on different locations. But it is good to check on that as well.
If these do not solve your issue, a workaround is to directly upload your photos to A360 drive through web browsers. Just sign in to your A360 drive, create a folder and choose upload files. After uploading all files, you can open ReMake to do cloud reconstruction by selecting A360 as your photo source. Choose the folder you just created and you can view all the photos in that folder. Now you can do model creation like what you did before.
